My Family's Natural Immune Support Routine

Helping the hubby and the girlies fight off their drainage and scratchy throats by supporting their immunity. In addition to soups, vegetables, and nutrient-dense foods, we started the morning with: ~warm lemon water (among the many benefits: high in vit C, potassium, and magnesium; prevents growth of bacteria that cause infections and diseases; helps with the common cold; helps strengthen the liver by providing energy to the liver enzymes). ~Raw & unfiltered honey (helps soothe coughs as well as cough medications, by forming a protective film; can kill bacteria and fight infections). ~Nature's Plus Kids Immune Booster (vitamins A, C, E, and defense-boosting zinc). ~Symbiotics Colostrum Plus (said to enhance normal immune factors in the bloodstream and the GI tract to help maintain a healthy gut lining and help support a healthy gut environment--health starts in the gut!).
