Please note that I email weekly menu plans and grocery shopping lists on Fridays, meaning you would receive one each Friday for the following week, as I found that many people do their shopping and meal preparations during the weekend. On Sundays, I send out the following week’s eBooks and any handouts or words of encouragement that I feel would help you meet your goals and promote your success.
