I really do love my Sunday Prep-Day because not only do I feel good about getting prepped and organized for the upcoming week, but also because there's something very calming and meditative about the cooking and sorting and being proactive and productive (to me, anyways...). The best part of this Sunday is that my hubby was my sous chef and a great prepday companion. He got the bacon chopped and ready for his consumption...I mean for me to put into meatballs and egg muffins;)
Step Away from MY Cauliflowers!
Step off, hubs! My two roasted cauliflowers (that you so graciously bought for me...us...at sprouts yesterday)!! I clearly, CLEARLY, have addiction issues. To make your very own cauliflowers, season to taste or preference (ideas: salt and pepper, olive oil, paprika, zaatar) Roast on 425 for one hour--but check after 45 mintues, as ovens vary. #hubby #roastedcauliflower #appetizers #snack
