Honey-Nut-Date Bars: One of the most popular snacks in our house are these honey-nut-date bars I prepare on a weekly basis, because they go fast around here! For this batch, 1 cup raw almonds, 1 cup raw walnuts, 1/4 cup unsalted cashews, 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, 10 presoaked dates, 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, and 1/2 cup raw, unfiltered honey.
