Anti-Inflammatory and Healing Smoothie

The hubs isn't feeling too great, so in addition to soups, I've been giving him refreshing smoothies with anti inflammatory cherries and healing, raw, & local, honey.

Other ingredients in this one include banana, frozen strawberries, and coconut water. No dairy, as it is mucus forming.
