Simple Vegetable and Chicken Soup

You don't have to be a master chef to make a wholesome, nutritious, tasty meal. For a quick and hearty soup, sauté onions in grass fed butter, add frozen, fresh, or roasted vegetables and continue sautéing. After the vegetables are soft, you can either add homemade or store bought broth (or healthy soup mix plus water). To this soup, I also added chopped rotisserie chicken for an extra boost of protein.
