My Natural Anti-Depressants

Here are some of my natural anti-depressants (in no particular order):

1. Hugs and kisses from family and friends 2. Exercising!!!!! 3. Dancing (bonus: counts as exercise) 4. Laughing--like those rolling on the floor, belly laughs kind 5. Healthy carbs, protein, and fat--not for emotional eating, but because quality foods nourish my mind, body, and spirit 6. Music--cannot. live. without. it. 7. Sleep--deep, rejuvenating slumber 8. Making someone else feel good about themselves 9. Helping others 10.Smiling 11.Being productive 12.Reminiscing about good times and recalling happy memories 13.Meditating 14.Reading 15.Writing 16.Traveling (or when unable to travel, watching travel shows) 17.Deep, meaningful conversations 18.Massages--it is pretty much the only way I will agree to completely relax
