

Baked Potato Bar Night
Tonight's dinner was so simple to prepare: Baked Potato Bar night!
Baked potatoes (can substitute sweet potatoes), steamed broccoli, raw milk cheese (from Trader Joe's--purchased as a block and shredded at home), uncured Apple wood smoked bacon (Dabecca, from Costco), and Kerrygold grassfed butter (Costco). You Should Freeze Your Bacon Too!
Love this tip from my mother-in-law (who's a super source of great tips and ideas): freeze your bacon before chopping (like when you want to make your own bacon bits). Perfect to top salads and cooked veggies, or for putting in quiches, egg muffins, and meatballs. Grass-Fed Beef & Bacon Burger
In my eyes, simple is perfect, classy, and always in style. I made these burgers out of 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef, 1 cup of onions sautéed in grass-fed Kerrygold butter, and homemade 1/2 cup bacon bits (free of nitrites and nitrates). Simple. Delicious. Healthy. Perfect!
