Baked Potato Bar Night
Tonight's dinner was so simple to prepare: Baked Potato Bar night! Baked potatoes (can substitute sweet potatoes), steamed broccoli, raw milk cheese (from Trader Joe's--purchased as a block and shredded at home), uncured Apple wood smoked bacon (Dabecca, from Costco), and Kerrygold grassfed butter (Costco). Very fitting (and filling) for a cold night. Brrrrr.
