My oldest daughter challenged her little sisters to a Chopped/Master Chef Jr competition. They had to use clementines, dates, and toasted coconut to create "unique, creative, and delicious snacks." They then explained their dish while she tasted and critiqued. What a creative way for her to get little sisters to make her food. Passover: GF Harvey Wallbanger
Tonight is our Passover Seder, and we are celebrating (among a lot of other food) with a gluten free version of a Harvey Wallbanger cake (which my mother in law has been making for years, and I've de-glutened). To make this yourself, check out this RECIPE I used Betty Crocker's gluten free yellow cake to make this a gf version. Simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Simple roasted Brussels sprouts, to add green to my in-laws' delicious corned beef.
