Homemade School Lunch Salad Deconstructed
Here's my girls' salads for school tomorrow, pictured with and without the toppings (so you can see the veggies). Chopped red peppers, cucumbers, and asparagus, topped with organic, cage free hardboiled egg, shredded organic, raw milk cheese, and roasted pumpkin seeds. The dressing is Annie's Naturals Organic Cowgirl Ranch. And for a fun treat after: pirate's booty. #schoollunch #salad #kids #glutenfree #piratesbooty #eggs #rawmilkcheese #pumpkinseeds

Tuna Patties Too (prepping the patties the night before)
Because weeknights are incredibly busy, I like to do as much prepwork as possible on weekends to make dinnertime simple and stress-free. Since these tuna patties are on the menu for tomorrow's dinner, I went ahead and mixed all the ingredients, so that all I will have to do come Monday eve is pan fry the patties. Tuna Patties
Ingredients:

* 1-2 tablespoon relish
* 1 teaspoon to 1 tablesp

Bacon, Onion, Garlic, and Honey Meatballs
I'm so happy I prepared the meatballs for tonight's dinner during my Sunday prep-day because I was feeling particularly tired today.
As you can see in the photo, I received three thumbs up (and one face in the bowl) from the girls (hubby working late, but he sampled yesterday and excitedly approved). He also named them "bacon, onion, garlic, and honey meatballs." Well, that's a fitting (and incredibly long and, as you'll soon see, obvious) name for these meatballs, which co

Healthy, satisfying, simple. My style;) Feel free to add your choice of toppings and sides! #healthyandsimplebakedpotatobar #glutenfree #lunch #dinner #eggmuffins

Simple and Healthified Sloppy Joe on Cabbage "Noodles"
I have received lots of compliments on my healthified sloppy Joe recipe, and I have a confession: It is ridiculously easy and quick to prepare. Simple and Healthified Sloppy Joe: -2 lbs. of grassfed beef -1 jar of organic pasta sauce -2-4 tbsp raw honey -salt & pepper Cabbage "Noodles": -Cut 1/2 a head or a full head of cabbage into

Roasted Whole Cauliflower
Roasted Whole Cauliflower Roasted whole cauliflower-makes a great appetizer, side dish, or even a snack. Set your oven to 425 degrees and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and anything else that tickles your fancy (paprika, zaatar, lemon juice, etc). Roast for an hour, but check at minute 45 because ovens vary. When you take it out, you can top with melted butter, Parmesan cheese, or just dig in as is. I did! #roastedwholecauliflower #appetizers #sides #glutenfree
