Prepping Ahead Sets you up for Success
The current situation in our kitchen: paleo salmon patties--filled with omega-3 fatty acids and protein, and egg muffins (made of cage free, organic eggs and organic sharp cheddar)--a super source of protein, choline, and calcium. These have become regulars in our house, as they're perfect for school lunches, meals, and quick and healthy snacks. Building a Simple and Nutritious Meal
Simply prepared veggies (steamed, roasted, grilled, sauteed) + high quality protein (such as grassfed beef, wild salmon, pasture-raised chicken/eggs or organic tofu/tempeh or beans if vegetarian) + healthy fats (olive oil, olives, coconut oil, avocado, nuts/seeds) = healthy, delicious, and super easy dinner (or lunch...or breakfast, for that matter). Easy Egg Muffins
Just made these egg muffins with sautéed onions and broccoli and shredded raw cheese (plus salt and pepper) for kids' lunch tomorrow! SO easy!! Grass-Fed Beef & Bacon Burger
In my eyes, simple is perfect, classy, and always in style. I made these burgers out of 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef, 1 cup of onions sautéed in grass-fed Kerrygold butter, and homemade 1/2 cup bacon bits (free of nitrites and nitrates). Simple. Delicious. Healthy. Perfect!

Slow Cooker Chicken Verde
