Grass-Fed Beef & Bacon Burger

In my eyes, simple is perfect, classy, and always in style. I made these burgers out of 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef, 1 cup of onions sautéed in grass-fed Kerrygold butter, and homemade 1/2 cup bacon bits (free of nitrites and nitrates). Simple. Delicious. Healthy. Perfect! Side options: sprouted grain or gluten free buns, sweet potato or zucchini latkes/patties, carrot sticks, roasted vegetables, salad.
