Simple and Healthified Sloppy Joe on Cabbage "Noodles"
I have received lots of compliments on my healthified sloppy Joe recipe, and I have a confession: It is ridiculously easy and quick to prepare.
Eat with sprouted grain or gluten free buns, or, as we did tonight, with spaghetti squash "noodles" (zucchini "noodles" are also a great option).
Simple and Healthified Sloppy Joe:
-2 lbs. of grassfed beef
-1 jar of organic pasta sauce
-2-4 tbsp raw honey
-salt & pepper
-Cut 1/2 a head or a full head of cabbage into wide slices (like pasta) and sauteed in a tiny bit of avocado oil and coconut amino sauce, salt & pepper until it is soft and the flavor is covering all the "noodles". You can also use coconut oil instead. You may also top with truffle oil when it is done (not as the cooking oil).
