Getting my Girls Involved in Making Lunches
While we were trying to keep busy indoors during yesterday's snow day, my girlies put together their lunch for today. Not too bad, eh? Prepping Ahead Sets you up for Success
The current situation in our kitchen: paleo salmon patties--filled with omega-3 fatty acids and protein, and egg muffins (made of cage free, organic eggs and organic sharp cheddar)--a super source of protein, choline, and calcium. These have become regulars in our house, as they're perfect for school lunches, meals, and quick and healthy snacks.
