Homemade Bone Broth
Homemade bone broth 14 hours into the process. Look at the nice gelatin forming on the top. I typically cook it for 24 hours and sometimes longer, and add the broth to soups, stews, and for cooking or sautéing vegetables. When I'm not feeling well or when I'm lacking energy, I like to sip on broth throughout the day.
With the cold, flu, and strep season in full swing, broth is cooking 24/7 at our house. Which is coming in particularly handy as the hubby's throat is scratchy

As much as possible, my hubby and I try to boost our daughters' immunity and prevent diseases by providing them high-quality, real, nutrient-dense, and vitamin-packed food. But we also give them natural supplements to help build and support their immunity and gut microbiome, particularly during cold and flu season.
