Prepping for the Week: Hard Boiled Eggs

I always prepare hardboiled eggs on Sundays so that I can have them at the ready for school lunches, a quick snack, deviled eggs, egg salads, or for slicing onto a chef salad. I find that prepping and organizing during the weekend sets me up for a less stressful week.
