Ground Beef and Mashed Potatoes

Make it once, eat it twice!

Tonight's dinner: 1 lb. (can double) grass-fed ground beef (mixed with broccoli, pasta sauce, 2 tbsp of honey, s&p) with a side of mashed potatoes.

Later this week, I'll use the leftovers to make shepherd's pie.
