Sloppy Joe's using local, high-quality ingredients

Local, grassfed ground beef from Farm to Fork Foods--perfect for making one of my family's favorites, sloppy Joe's.
Ingredients: •1 onion, chopped •2 lbs grassfed ground beef (bison, pork, turkey will work well too) •1 jar of organic pasta sauce •2-4 tbsp (or more to taste) raw honey (such as Nature Nate's) •salt & pepper to taste
•sauté onion in grassfed butter in a large skillet on low to medium heat •add ground beef and cook through •add organic tomato sauce, honey, salt & pepper •mix all ingredients well and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to marry nicely
Serve on sprouted grain buns or atop zucchini noodles (zoodles) or cabbage noodles and a side of roasted or steamed asparagus
